Outcast was a game concept developed as part of my University work for the Games design and production unit. The only restriction we had when designing the game was that it must contain the word 'cast' somewhere in the title; this could be as an acronym, a standalone word or as part of another word, and should reflect the game's theme. The Game Design Document below covers the entire scope for Outcast, from characters to mechanics to progression and features, as well as budget and development.
